To visit an inmate, you may walk in the jail facility or schedule a visit. Scheduling is the preferred method. You may schedule a visit by calling 315-253-2911 on Mondays form 8:00 am to 4:00 pm for visiting during the week. You can also call on Thursday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm for visits on weekends. Always arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled visit.
To conduct a walk-in-visit arrive at the facility at least 30 minutes prior to a visit. If there is a room available, you will be able to visit an inmate. You must provide a photo identification when you arrive at the jail, wear proper attire and passing of items is prohibited.
You can send money to an inmate via a money order made out to the and sent in the mail. There is also a kiosk in the lobby to deposit money in an inmate’s account.
